I'm sitting home watching the 2011 Groundhog Day ice and snowstorm begin its trek through New Jersey. It's been one heck of a winter, but I'm feeling a sense of happy anticipation. North Easterners know a cold snowy winter just makes spring that much more glorious when it comes. Call me crazy, but I've been feeling for a couple of weeks now that spring won't be late this year. I'm also eagerly anticipating publishing this new website, one that I hope you'll visit regularly to see what's happening in the world of natural health.
Spring's coming and with it comes the renewing energies of the sun and warmer weather, the bounties of our local farms and gardens, and a chance to realize the dreams of another year. For many of us these dreams include ever better health, whether it be improving our diet, activity level, home environment, spiritual practice or relationships. Come and visit me here as the year unfolds so I can help you find the path you'd like to take on the road to natural health by sharing with you the latest on natural health and natural health resources. As an added plus for you New Jerseyans, this site is being designed to be the go to place to find out about local resources for your natural health goals. If you have resources to share be sure you let me know by going to the Participate Tab above where there is a page for sharing resources. My goal is to make this the web's most comprehensive listing of New Jersey's resources for healthy living. Here's to 2011!
