Thrift Shops & Consignment Shops are a great place to find new or used clothing, furniture and housewares. What better way to conserve our landfill space then to reuse what we can! Remember these are great places to take your unwanted household items too.  Generally speaking, the difference between the two is that a consignment shop will take goods on consignment, and when they sell the contributor gets a percentage.Thrift shops are generally (but not always) to benefit a local non-profit group.
